Service to Lorain County Children since 1982

LCABSE provides financial aid, career and test-taking skill workshops, transportation to college fairs and testing centers, assistance in programming at the elementary and middle school levels, and private tutoring and counseling. In addition, LCABSE sponsors African-American history contests and college visitation. This affiliate along with other local organizations ensures maximum services and opportunities for children, which includes exposure to local and nationally known motivational speakers.
